If you cancel your appointment your current deposit will be void and non refundable. Another deposit will need to be paid to rebook in the future and you'll need to resubmit another enquiry form.
One reschedule will be allowed for the first deposit (unless rescheduling within 1 week of your booking), after this every reschedule will require another deposit. The deposit rescheduled on, will be void, and non refundable.

Yes, To secure your booking, a deposit of $100 to $150 (depending on the total price of your booking) will need to be paid within 48 hours from an agreed date, no later. Your deposit will come off the total price of your tattoo(s))

Deposits are non refundable, no exceptions

Its is always recommended to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, some of your favourite snacks and a charger for your phone!

However, if you forget anything, don’t worry! We have a snack cart with lots of yummy snacks, sweets, and drinks. We also have a phone charger if you need!

We won’t tattoo anyone who is pregnant or breast feeding, if you are under the age of 18 (it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in South Australia, even if you have parent/guardian permission), if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if you are currently taking antibiotics, blood thinners, or isotretinoin (Accutane)
